    Instructor Certification

    Qigong and TaiChi Instructor

This Certificate of Completion from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi certifies the training and ability to lead classes both in-person and virtually for Primordial Chinese Mind-Body practices. These practices are graceful and gentle, yet contain powerful movements that cultivate, activate, and utilize the life-force energy within and around us, known as Qi (chee). In these Healing Arts, one can gain a deep awareness of the body, breath, mind, and create more homeostasis from the inside-out by calming and stabilizing the nervous system, opening the gateway to revitalize health and vitality, and activate your own healer within.

Win Your Week Web Series - Nickelodeon

Winner of "Best Tween Series Exclusively for a Streaming Platform," Win Your Week is a YouTube exclusive weekly series developed by Nickelodeon. I was tapped to be editor from the very first episode. The series targets tweens to bring them the hottest info from their feeds to give them tips, tricks, and general information (network and non-network related) and to give them an edge amongst their peers with the latest topics and trends. Win Your Week became an instant hit garnering hundreds of thousands of views per episode, with a stellar retention rate. As the editor, I became deeply involved with the aesthetic and vibe of the series. Each Monday, I'd be given a script with basically just the voiceover copy. From that, I had to create 2-3 minute episodes, which has grown to 5-7 minute episodes, using not only my editing skills, but graphics, sound design, and audio mixing, to be delivered each Friday in order to publish on YT each Sunday. With the sheer amount of content that had to be created within the tight turn around time of 5 days challenged me more than any other project in my career. I was honored to be tapped by my wonderful client, Nickelodeon, for this project, as well as privileged to work with fantastic producers each week!
